Return and Refund Policy

At FurFix Co., we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at shopfurfixco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items with pet hair, stains, odours, damage, or signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopfurfixco@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or fulfilled.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or address updates.

Incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. FurFix Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned to sender or lost due to an incorrect address, we are not required to issue a refund or replacement.

Lost or delayed packages

Shipping delays may happen due to courier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will help review the order status.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

FurFix Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the return conditions listed above.
